Please do not return the product directly to BK Resources. Please contact the dealer or distributor that you purchased your goods from
for instructions on how to proceed.

DEALERS/DISTRIBUTORS:
1. Click on the button below to open the Online Return Request Form. Submit your request.
2. Ensure all fields are fully completed. Failure to do so will result in refusal of your return.
3. BK Resources will then proceed with an authorization number (SRO) to continue the return process.
4. BK Resources will not accept any returned merchandise unless authorization has been issued.
5. This SRO number must be noted on the return package as well as included in the carrier BOL notes.
6. Product being returned without the SRO number referenced on the package will be refused at the time of delivery.
BK Resources is not liable for any additional charges accrued due to refusal and redelivery.
